Of all the burger recipes out there, this bun-less burger gives you an absolutely guilt-free experience. These Patties are made of a lower carb meal packed with nutrients, so delicious that you’ll forget buns even exist! Serve them over a bed of crispy lettuce or sandwich them between 2 lettuce with vegetables and sauces.  I made a “Quinoa, Black Beans and Corn Patties” along with a whole lot of other ingredients which is packed with flavor and extremely healthy.   These burgers might look like a light meal, but they are deceptively filling.
