Smoothies is one of my perfect nutritious favorite breakfasts on the go. To make a smoothie that is nutritionally dense and packed with vitamins and minerals, you don’t need fancy ingredients. You can make a really healthy smoothie with simple vegetables, greens and commonly used fruits. Blackberries, Blueberries & Strawberries: This trio of berries is packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber. I have combined these berries with Oat milk, a handful of almonds and Pom juice to give a creamy texture and a pretty purple color.
